Personalised Items (No Refund Policy)

Personalised or custom-made products are created specifically according to individual customer requirements. Once a personalised item has been designed, processed, or produced, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.

Because these items are uniquely made and cannot be resold, we strongly encourage customers to carefully review all customization details, spelling, designs, and selections before confirming their order.

Standard (Non-Personalised) Items

Standard, non-personalised products are eligible for return and refund within 15 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Non-Eligible Returns

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Personalised or custom-made items.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

  • Items returned after the 15-day return window.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
